Assists VA Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a virtual assistant and operations support business registered in England and Wales, operating from London, UK.

2. Services

We provide virtual assistant, admin, PA, and operational support services as agreed between us prior to commencement of work. The specific scope of services will be confirmed in writing (by email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any work that falls outside our area of expertise or conflicts with our values.

3. Fees and payment

Our fees are as quoted at the time of engagement. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We treat all client information with the strictest confidentiality. We will not disclose any confidential information about your business, clients, or operations to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law.

Where requested, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work.

6. Intellectual property

Any work created by Assists VA Ltd on your behalf (documents, content, graphics, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment of the associated invoice. We retain the right to reference the type of work completed for portfolio or marketing purposes, without disclosing any confidential information.

We take care to deliver work to a high standard. However, Assists VA Ltd shall not be liable for:

Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

8. Holiday and absence cover

We aim to give as much notice as possible of planned absences. Where required, a trusted associate may provide cover to ensure continuity of service. Any associate working on your account is bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued engagement after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
