Frequently asked questions

I work Monday to Friday during standard business hours. I understand that business doesn't always stick to a schedule though, so I'm flexible where I can be — especially for clients who need support around site hours or client-facing work.

Very little. Once we've had our discovery call and agreed on the scope, I can usually start within a few days. If you need urgent help, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

No long-term contracts required. Services are flexible — you can use me on an ad-hoc basis for one-off projects, or on an ongoing monthly basis. Whatever works best for your business.

However suits you best — WhatsApp, email, phone, or video call. I work around your preferred way of working, not the other way around. Most clients find a quick daily or weekly check-in works well.

That's absolutely fine. Admin support starts from £35/hour with no minimum commitment. Whether you need two hours of help or 20, I can accommodate you.
