I work Monday to Friday during standard business hours. I understand that business doesn't always stick to a schedule though, so I'm flexible where I can be — especially for clients who need support around site hours or client-facing work.
Very little. Once we've had our discovery call and agreed on the scope, I can usually start within a few days. If you need urgent help, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
